EDDM estimates use our 50¢ starting price. Some ZIP codes cost more; your quote confirms the exact price.
What goes into EDDM cost
An EDDM campaign has three costs: designing the postcard, printing it and postage. If you do it yourself, you also spend time bundling cards by route, filling in USPS forms and dropping off at the right post offices.
USPS lists EDDM Retail postage at $0.26 per piece (USPS, checked October 2026). Printing is on top of that when you do it yourself. PostcardDrop's EDDM price starts at 50¢, varies by ZIP code and includes both printing and postage.
How many postcards do I need?
For EDDM, the count is set by the routes you choose: every address on a route gets a card. Email us the ZIP codes or neighborhoods you want to reach and we'll tell you the count. For targeted mail, it's simply the number of addresses on your list.
Is the calculator price the final price?
It's an estimate. EDDM uses our 50¢ starting price, and the actual price varies by ZIP code, so we confirm your exact price in your quote. Targeted mail is $1.10 per piece. Both include printing and postage.
Why is there a minimum?
EDDM orders start at 2,500 postcards and targeted mail at 200. Smaller amounts are entered at the minimum in the calculator.
